<p>Sirius XM Radio, Learfield Sports and IMG College announced today a multi-year broadcasting agreement that will make live play-by-play broadcasts from 11 conferences available to SiriusXM listeners across the country.</p>
<p>Throughout the 2011-12 season and beyond SiriusXM will broadcast live college football and men&#8217;s basketball from the ACC, Big Ten, Big 12, Big East, Pac 12 and Army, as well as men&#8217;s basketball from Xavier, Gonzaga and teams from several mid-major conferences.  In addition, SiriusXM will air live select game broadcasts during the athletic season that includes women&#8217;s basketball, baseball, hockey and other sports.</p>
<p>SiriusXM listeners will also get access to post-season football and basketball games involving ACC, Big East and Big Ten teams and post-season basketball from theMissouri Valley, Sun Belt and West Coast conferences.</p>
<p>In addition, weekly shows hosted by football and basketball coaches from many programs around the country will air throughout their respective seasons on SiriusXM College Sports Nation, channel 91, SiriusXM&#8217;s 24-hour college sports channel.  Subscribers will hear weekly shows hosted by the nation&#8217;s top college football coaches including Oklahoma&#8217;s <em>Sooner Sports Talk with Bob Stoops</em>, <em>Ducks Tailgate Tuesday</em> with Oregon coach Chip Kelly, Florida State&#8217;s <em>Jimbo Fisher Call In Show</em>, Wisconsin&#8217;s<em>Badger Sports Talk with Bret Bielema</em>, Nebraska&#8217;s <em>Bo Pelini Show</em>, Missouri&#8217;s <em>Tiger Talk with Gary Pinkel</em> and many others.  College basketball coaches&#8217; shows, including those from North Carolina, Kansas, Ohio State, Purdue, Pittsburgh, Indiana and others, will begin airing this fall.</p>

<p>Sirius XM Radio, the Official Satellite Radio Partner of the NFL, will kick off the seventh annual SiriusXM NFL Radio Training Camp Tour today, August 3, broadcasting live from all 32 NFL team training camps between now and the start of the 2011 regular season.</p>
<p>All shows will air on SiriusXM NFL Radio, SiriusXM&#8217;s 24-hour NFL channel, available nationwide on channel 88 on Sirius and XM Premier (formerly known as &#8220;The Best of Sirius&#8221;).</p>
<p>SiriusXM NFL Radio hosts will broadcast live on location from training camp sites around the country, giving listeners access to their favorite teams and players as they prepare for the coming season.  The series will present an expert breakdown of every team, one-on-one interviews with players, coaches and franchise executives, and reports on rookies, veterans and free agents.  A schedule detailing show times, hosts and locations appears below.</p>

<p>SIRIUS XM Radio announced today that as part of its  SIRIUS XM  Celebrity Fantasy Football Draft it will host an all-day  showcase event  featuring live music and a series of special broadcasts  from a wide  variety of SIRIUS XM hosts at the Hard Rock Cafe in New York  City&#8217;s  Times Square on July 21, 2010.</p>
<p>The event will celebrate the  launch of SIRIUS XM Fantasy Sports  Radio, the new 24/7 fantasy sports  channel airing on XM channel 147 and  SIRIUS channel 211 for subscribers  with the &#8220;Best of XM&#8221; programming  package.  SIRIUS XM subscribers will  be invited to attend or tune in  from around the country and will be  treated to a variety of programming  from across the SIRIUS XM spectrum.</p>
<p>SIRIUS  XM personalities Chris &#8216;Mad Dog&#8217; Russo, Maurice  Jones-Drew, Steve  Phillips, Jeremy Roenick, Rich Gannon, Gary  Dell&#8217;Abate, Jay Thomas,  Scott Ferrall, Adam Schein, Jon Hein, fantasy  experts and SIRIUS XM  hosts from RotoExperts.com, RotoWire.com,  FantasyGuru.com, and  FanBall.com, and Nicole, Rich, Stanley and Ryan  from the SIRIUS XM Hits  1 <em>Morning Mash Up</em> show will be in attendance.</p>

<p>The event will kick off at 10:00 am ET with a broadcast of the Howard Stern <em>Wrap Up Show,</em> hosted by Stern Show executive producer Gary Dell&#8217;Abate and Jon Hein,   live from the Hard Rock Cafe on Howard 100, one of Howard Stern&#8217;s two   exclusive SIRIUS XM channels.</p>
<p>At 12:00 pm ET Southside Johnny, one  of New Jersey&#8217;s legendary  Rock and Rollers, will perform live on the  Hard Rock stage.  The  performance will air live on E Street Radio  (SIRIUS channel 10 and XM  channel 58).</p>

<p>SIRIUS NFL Radio&#8217;s Adam  Schein and Rich Gannon will host a  special pre-draft show.  Schein and  Gannon, a 17-year NFL quarterback  and the 2002 NFL MVP, will take  questions from fans at the Hard Rock and  preview the celebrity draft  event which will start at 1:00 pm ET.</p>
<p>This year&#8217;s draft will  feature 12 teams which will be managed by  personalities from across the  spectrum of SIRIUS XM programming, from  the new SIRIUS XM Fantasy  Sports Radio channel to SIRIUS XM&#8217;s talk and  music channels.</p>
<p>Schein  and Gannon will emcee the event, which will be conducted  live on the  Hard Rock stage and will air nationwide on SIRIUS XM Fantasy  Sports  Radio allowing fantasy sports fans around the country to tune in  as  celebrity team managers select their rosters and engage in some  playful  jousting with their competitors.</p>

<p>SIRIUS XM Radio announced today that it will launch a  new 24/7  channel dedicated entirely to fantasy sports, offering sports  fans from  coast to coast fantasy sports advice and news from a  collection of  experts.</p>
<p><em>SIRIUS XM Fantasy Sports Radio</em> will debut July 1  on XM  channel 147 and on SIRIUS channel 211 for subscribers who  purchase the  &#8220;Best of XM&#8221; package, covering a full spectrum of fantasy  sports,  including football, baseball, basketball, NASCAR, hockey,  soccer and  golf.</p>
<p>The channel will offer live programming every  weekday, plus  weekend programming, and will feature a lineup of talk  shows hosted by  an exceptional roster of fantasy sports experts,  including Jacksonville  Jaguars Pro Bowl running back <strong>Maurice  Jones-Drew</strong>, former Major  League Baseball general manager <strong>Steve  Phillips</strong>, nine-time NHL  All-Star <strong>Jeremy Roenick</strong>, golf  analyst <strong>Alex Miceli</strong>, NBA  veteran <strong>Dennis Scott</strong>, plus  experts from well-known fantasy brands  <strong>RotoExperts.com</strong>, <strong>RotoWire.com</strong>,  <strong>FantasyGuru.com</strong>, <strong>FanBall.com</strong> and <strong>FantasyPros911.com</strong>.   Fantasy leaguers from coast-to-coast  can tune in for the latest  fantasy sports news, stats and injury updates  and call in to the hosts  for advice on drafts, trades, waiver wire  moves and other fantasy  sports matters.  Hosts will conduct mock drafts  and furnish player  rankings, player of  the week picks and more.</p>
<p>&#8220;We&#8217;ve created a  unique destination for fantasy sports fans,&#8221;  said Scott Greenstein,  SIRIUS XM&#8217;s President and Chief Content Officer.   &#8220;Our listeners get  live play-by-play from the NFL, MLB, NASCAR, NHL,  NBA, PGA, soccer and  more that allows them to follow all their fantasy  players or teams in  real time.  Now they have a dedicated fantasy sports  channel that they  can tune into 24 hours a day that will give them the  stats, injury news  and expert advice they&#8217;ll need to dominate their  fantasy sports  leagues.&#8221;</p>
<p>SIRIUS XM Fantasy Sports Radio is available to Premium  Online  subscribers through XM Radio Online and SIRIUS Internet Radio  and will  be available later this July through the SIRIUS XM App for the  Apple  iPhone, iPod touch and several BlackBerry and Android-powered  smartphone  devices. (Access to channel online and through the App may  require a  subscription upgrade.)</p>
<p>Starting in August, Maurice  Jones-Drew, the star running back for  the Jacksonville Jaguars and a  fantasy football favorite who finished  the 2009 NFL season in the top 5  in rushing yards, TDs and all-purpose  yards, will host a show every  Friday (7:00 pm ET) throughout the NFL  season.  Jones-Drew, who is an  avid fantasy football player, will take  calls from listeners, manage  his own fantasy football team on the show,  and share his first-hand  knowledge on the best fantasy football  performers from around the  league. <p>Former Major  League Baseball general manager Steve Phillips, who  assembled the New  York Mets team that won the National League pennant in  2000, will host <em>SIRIUS  XM Fantasy Baseball</em> every weekday (8:00  pm ET).  Fantasy GMs can  call into the show on a nightly basis to get  Phillips&#8217; expert front  office advice on roster moves throughout the  season.</p>

<p>Prior to the  NHL season, nine-time NHL All-Star Jeremy Roenick  will begin hosting a  weekly fantasy hockey show on SIRIUS XM Fantasy  Sports Radio.   Roenick, an outstanding and outspoken center for 18 NHL  seasons and  only the third American-born player to score 500 goals, will  take calls  from fantasy hockey fans each week and offer unparalleled  advice and  insight into the game and its players.</p>
<p>Other programs will include  a weekly fantasy basketball show  hosted by former NBA forward <strong>Dennis  Scott</strong>,<strong> </strong>one of the best  three-point shooters in NBA history  and a former ACC Men&#8217;s Basketball  Player of the Year, a weekly fantasy  golf show hosted by Golf.com  founder <strong>Alex Miceli</strong>, a weekly  fantasy soccer show, and a weekly  fantasy NASCAR show.  Each show will  be co-hosted by RotoExperts.com&#8217;s  Scott Engel.</p>
<p>SIRIUS XM will  also leverage its position as the leader in audio  entertainment to  bring together other celebrity fantasy sports  enthusiasts from the  worlds of music, entertainment and sports, who will  contribute to the  channel in various ways, including participating in  celebrity fantasy  leagues and hosting fantasy sports shows.</p>

<p>SIRIUS XM Radio announced that it will broadcast  every 2010 Formula 1 race live, offering unmatched access to the  sport to both SIRIUS and XM listeners nationwide.</p>
<p><strong>SIRIUS XM is the only U.S. broadcaster to offer live coverage of  every F1 race in 2010.</strong> The next event on the calendar is the ING  Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne on Sunday, March 28 (2:00 am ET) and  SIRIUS XM will carry the race live in its entirety on SIRIUS channel 127  and XM channel 242.</p>
<p>In addition to live coverage of each race, SIRIUS XM will offer  multiple replays, giving listeners several opportunities to hear every  event.  The Australian Grand Prix will be rebroadcast Sunday, March 28  (7:00 am ET and 7:00 pm ET) and Monday, March 29 (7:00 am ET) on SIRIUS  channel 127 and XM channel 242.</p>
<p>&#8220;We&#8217;re in our third year of carrying Formula 1 and we&#8217;re  proud to be the only broadcaster to offer U.S. fans live coverage of  every race,&#8221; said Scott Greenstein, SIRIUS XM&#8217;s President and Chief  Content Officer.  &#8220;F1 races are spectacular worldwide events,  featuring the most advanced motorsports technology and many of the  world&#8217;s best drivers.  Our listeners will not only have access to  turn-by-turn action as it happens but also several race replays, giving  them multiple chances to experience the excitement of each race.&#8221;</p>
<p>SIRIUS XM&#8217;s coverage will also feature the BBC 5 Live F1  Preview Show, which will lead in to every Grand Prix race, offering  listeners the latest team news and information, a recap of qualifying  results, driver interviews and an in-depth look at that weekend&#8217;s  circuit.</p>
<p>The FIA FORMULA ONE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP is the highest end of  open wheeled motor racing.  The 2010 season runs from March to November  and consists of 19 Grand Prix races run on road course tracks, as well  as some closed city streets circuits.  The results of each race are  combined to determine two annual World Championships, one for drivers  and one for constructors (teams).</p>

<p>SIRIUS XM Radio announced today that it will offer baseball fans extensive coverage of the 2009 Major League Baseball postseason starting Wednesday, October 7, with live play-by-play of every game on XM, plus playoff talk and analysis every day on SIRIUS XM&#8217;s MLB Home Plate and Mad Dog Radio channels.</p>
<p>As the Official Satellite Radio Partner of Major League Baseball, XM broadcasts every MLB game from Opening Day through the World Series. Starting with the League Championship Series games, XM will offer listeners the official team radio broadcasts for both the home and visiting ball clubs for every game, in addition to national ESPN Radio broadcasts throughout the postseason and Spanish language broadcasts for select games.</p>
<p>SIRIUS XM&#8217;s 24 hour baseball talk channel, MLB Home Plate (XM channel 175, SIRIUS channel 210 with the &#8220;Best of XM&#8221;), will offer fans the latest news and analysis from a panel of expert hosts that includes Cal Ripken Jr., Bill Ripken, Rob Dibble, Kevin Kennedy, Buck Martinez, Jim Duquette, Mitch Williams, Rico Petrocelli and others. MLB Home Plate will broadcast live from ballparks before and after games, offering game previews and post-game interviews with players, managers and coaches.</p>
<p>Every Tuesday through the World Series, Hall of Famer Reggie Jackson will host a new edition of the exclusive talk radio series, <em>October Nights</em>, (7:00 &#8211; 9:00 pm ET) on Mad Dog Radio (SIRIUS channel 123, XM channel 144). The six-week series, running through November 10, will feature Jackson and co-host Bill Pidto talking about the playoff picture in the American and National Leagues and Jackson&#8217;s own experiences in the postseason.</p>
<p>Mad Dog Radio, SIRIUS XM&#8217;s all-sports talk channel, will offer fans a place for two-way baseball talk all day, every day of the postseason. During the LCS and World Series, headliner Chris &#8216;Mad Dog&#8217; Russo will host his daily show, <em>Mad Dog Unleashed</em>, (weekdays, 2:00 &#8211; 7:00 pm ET) live on select dates from the AL or NL ballpark.</p>
