Sirius XM Radio today announced a multi-year agreement with MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (MLBAM), the interactive media and Internet company of Major League Baseball, to stream live radio broadcasts of every Major League Baseball game on smartphones, mobile devices and online for SiriusXM subscribers nationwide.  With this agreement, SiriusXM becomes the Official Internet Radio Partner of MLB.com.

Available immediately, SiriusXM subscribers can listen to live broadcasts of every MLB game through the SiriusXM Internet Radio App and online at siriusxm.com.  Listeners get all regular season games, the All-Star Game and every Postseason game.  Spring Training games will be available starting next year.  Select Spanish-language broadcasts are also available.

MLB games will continue to be available on satellite radios for XM subscribers. Listeners can find channel assignments for games at www.siriusxm.com/mlbschedule.

SiriusXM Announces Live Broadcast Coverage of 2012 Masters

Sirius XM Radio announced today that it will offer subscribers nationwide live hole-by-hole coverage of the 2012 Masters Tournament from Thursday, April 5, through Sunday, April 8, on the SiriusXM PGA TOUR Radio channel (XM channel 93, Sirius channel 208).

SiriusXM PGA TOUR Radio is available to XM subscribers and Sirius Premier (formerly known as “The Best of XM”) subscribers.  The channel can also be heard online on SiriusXM Internet Radio and through the SiriusXM Internet Radio App for smartphone and wireless devices.

Sirius XM Radio and NASCAR announced today an agreement to simulcast the programming on the SiriusXM NASCAR Radio channel in its entirety — which includes live broadcasts of every national series race, plus dailyNASCAR talk — online for SiriusXM subscribers nationwide.

Starting with this weekend’s races in Fontana, CA (March 24-25), subscribers who have SiriusXM Internet Radio access can listen to live broadcasts of every NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, NASCAR Nationwide Series and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race on the SiriusXM NASCAR radio channel through their computers at siriusxm.com and through the SiriusXM Internet Radio App for smartphone and wireless devices.

SiriusXM NASCAR Radio, channel 90, is available to Sirius subscribers, XM Premier (formerly known as “The Best of Sirius”) and SiriusXM Premier subscribers.

SiriusXM to Broadcast Live 2012 FIA Formula One World Championship Events Nationwide

Sirius XM Radio will broadcast every 2012 FIA Formula One World Championship™ race live, offering comprehensive coverage of the sport to listeners nationwide.

SiriusXM’s 2012 coverage begins with this week’s season-opening event, the 2012 FORMULA 1 QANTAS AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX inMelbourne, which will air Sunday, March 18 (2:00 am ET).  Every race, all season long, will air live on Sirius channel 94 and XM channel 208, including the 2012 FORMULA 1 UNITED STATES GRAND PRIX in Texas on November 18.  This season marks the return of the FORMULA 1 UNITED STATES GRAND PRIX event, which was last run in 2007.  The race will be run for the first time at the custom built Circuit of theAmericas in Austin.

SiriusXM Offers Every Game Of The 2012 NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Championship

Sirius XM Radio will broadcast every game of the 2012 NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Championship, offering subscribers nationwide uninterrupted access to play-by-play of every match-up from the First Four® on March 13 and 14 through the Final Four and National Championship game in New Orleans on March 31 and April 2.

All tournament games will be available to SiriusXM listeners in their entirety, with no blackouts, on Sirius channels 91, 92, 93, 94 and 85 and XM channels 91, 190, 191, 192 and 193. Sirius XM Radio announced today that best-selling author and columnist John Feinstein has joined Mad Dog Radio, the all-sports talk channel available to listeners nationwide on SiriusXM channel 86.

Starting Thursday, March 8, Feinstein will join Bruce Murray to host the newly named Beyond the Brink every weekday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm ET.  Feinstein and Murray will debut their show at the ACC Basketball Tournament, broadcasting live from Atlanta’s Philips Arena on Thursday and Friday.  Throughout the year, Feinstein and Murray will cover the spectrum of sports on their show, interviewing high profile guests, debating topics and talking with callers nationwide about the headline stories of the day.

SiriusXM NASCAR Radio will also provide live coverage of the Gatorade Duel, the 150-mile NASCAR Sprint Cup Series qualifying races, onThursday, Feb. 23 (1:00 pm ET), the NextEra Energy Resources 250 Camping World Truck Series race on Friday, Feb. 24 (7:15 pm ET), and the Drive4COPD 300 NASCAR Nationwide Series race on Saturday, Feb. 25 (1:00 pm ET).

Throughout the week leading up to race day fans will have access to comprehensive coverage of their sport — featuring the latest news, expert analysis and call-in shows where the fans can voice their thoughts – on SiriusXM NASCAR Radio, which will broadcast live from Daytona every day.  The channel’s daily weekday talk lineup begins at 7:00 am ET with The Morning Drive (7:00 — 11:00 am ET), hosted by Mike Bagley andPete Pistone, followed by Tradin’ Paint (11:00am — 3:00pm ET), hosted by Danny “Chocolate” Myers, Rick Benjamin and Hall of Famer Buddy Baker, then SiriusXM Speedway (3:00 — 7:00 pm ET) with Dave Moody and Angie Skinner.

Late Shift, hosted by Jim Noble and Buddy Baker, airs Mondays and Tuesdays (7:00 — 10:00 pm ET), followed on Monday nights by Mojo Nixon’s Manifold Destiny (10:00 pm — midnight ET).  Wednesday through Friday (7:00 — 10:00 pm ET), Claire B. Lang hosts Dialed In.

From Wednesday through Saturday of Daytona 500 Week, several shows will broadcast from atop the Sprint FANDECK in the Daytona infield.

Additionally, Mojo Nixon and comedian Daryl Wright will be at Daytona International Speedway interviewing fans on SiriusXM’s Blue Collar Radio, channel 97.

On race weekends, Pat Patterson will host The Front Stretch from the infield Saturday and Sunday mornings starting at 7:00 am ET.  Claire B. Lang and Jim Noble will team up for SiriusXM NASCAR Radio’s pre- and post-race shows to give NASCAR fans a comprehensive view of everything happening on, inside and around the track.  Every Saturday morning, Noble will pair with various NASCAR journalists to co-host SiriusXM NASCAR Radio’s Press Pass.

On Monday, February 27, on The Morning Drive, hosts Bagley and Pistone will be joined live by the 2012 Daytona 500 Champion driver, crew chief and team owner.
